RAMP: Real-World Application, Maximizing Potential

Thank you for your interest in the RAMP Program. RAMP is a first-of-its-kind program in the state of Indiana that creates a type of learning environment for EVSC high school students ages 16+. RAMP is designed for students who need individualized methods for gaining credits. RAMP students get paid as AmeriQual employees while learning employability skills and working toward certifications. Students in RAMP spend half of their day doing hands-on learning of future readiness and technical skills as paid employees of AmeriQual and the other half of their day mastering coursework and completing high school diploma requirements. Connections between the classroom content and work-based learning will be intentional and focused on developing a strong transferable skill set.

After submitting this application, the application will be reviewed for approval.  If it is approved, you will be sent employment paperwork. 

Application criteria includes:

  • Behind on credits/off track to graduate
  • Age 16 or above 
  • No physical aggression incidents
  • No more than 2 verbal aggression incidents
  • No more than 2 incidents of classroom disruptions/ defiance
