Seva, a Sanskrit term for selfless service, is the practice of offering support to those in need. I offer free distance Reiki energy to individuals or pets facing challenging physical or emotional situations, including illness, recovery, or major life transitions, as well as caregivers providing support.

If you or a loved one, could benefit from this healing support, I invite you to add their name to my Seva Reiki Energy list. Once a week, for one month from the date of submission, I will send 30 minutes of Reiki or light energy to those on the list.

When: Every Thursday at 6 am EST

Location: With this energy, we do not need to meet or connect formally. The session will be conducted remotely, with no physical presence or virtual meeting.

What to Do: Simply relax and receive the energy.
