Online Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop Series
Join for a 4-week, 75 minute workshop to develop your mindfulness practice by learning skills to develop a consistent mindfulness and meditation practice. This is a great opportunity to learn more about mindfulness or reconnect with your practice in an supportive group. This course will be offered live on Zoom.
This is a workshop for Middlebury, MIIS and summer program students brought to you by Carter Branley (Counselor, Middlebury College Counseling) and Maddie Hope (Mental Health Promotion Specialist, Health & Wellness Education).
