Each volunteer must attend mandatory orientation in January, training in November/December/January and pass the appropriate certifications. Below is more details about the opportunities:
1) Service dates in 2019: SAVE YOUR CALENDAR!!!2/9, 2/102/16, 2/17No service on 2/23, 3/243/2, 3/33/9, 3/10Each volunteer must commit to serve for at least 4 full days.
2) Mandatory Orientation/ Meet & Greet on Sat Jan 5, 2019 at 10 AM to 12 PM. SAVE YOUR CALENDAR!!! Same afternoon at 1 PM, we will do a practice run with scheduled client.
3) Training with Campaign with Working Families. Link: https://cwfphilly.volunteerhub.com/ Volunteers training open in November. Stay tunned
4) Training certification. All are required to pass the Volunteer Standards of Conduct (VSC) Training and Intake/Interview & Quality Review Training. For tax filer, Basic certification is required. Advanced certification is preferred.
