The Understanding Disability Awards celebrate ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT and COMMITMENT in promoting POSITIVE ATTITUDES towards people with learning disabilities.

Nominations should demonstrate INCLUSION, POSITIVE ATTITUDES, APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF SUPPORT AND IMAGINATIVE WAYS of supporting a person with a learning disability in the Community.

Wherever possible, please provide any ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE that may be relevant to your nomination.
