This form allows you to order gift cards for use that support our Club.  You can order as often as you want. We look to fill the order within 48 hours and it then takes about seven to ten days for the order to be delivered.  Depending on quantity, it will either be delivered to your front door or we will contact you to make arrangements for pickup.  ***Only exception to this is if we have a special campaign going on and there is a special order period.

Here is what you need to do:

1) Visit the Fundscrip website to choose your gift cards; Merchant, Denomination, and quantity.  Website: https://www.fundscrip.com/retailers

***IMPORTANT: We do not care about the percentage of the donation from Fundscrip!  We are very appreciative of your support, simply pick which retailer you want purchase.  And remember, if you purchase 100.00, you get 100.00.  You do NOT pay any fees!***

2) Enter all the required info below.  If you want to purchase more than ten cards, simply submit another form!  :)

3) Send an email money transfer to payments@igniteone.net (PLEASE INDICATE YOUR NAME IN THE MESSAGE FIELD).  If you wish to pay a different way, please email Stephen.green@IgniteONE.net to make arrangements.

4) Sit back, and wait for your order!
