Summit Academy Interest Form
The Summit Academy is Elevate's more advanced program for Grade 4-8 students. There are NO tryouts for this Academy: Anyone that wants to take their training to the next level can join.

Coaches will identify athletes in the Summit Academy to join our Spring Travel Teams: Alpine (Gr. 4-5) and Peak (Gr. 6-8). These athletes would get to play in some of the biggest youth Ultimate tournaments in the World.

Practices run throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring leading up to the tournaments: 7 Hills, Spring Reign, and Sabresfest.

We are looking to make an Elementary Team (Gr. 4/5) and Middle School Team (Gr. 6-8) each with 15 girls and 15 boys. Interested? Fill out the general interest form below and join a Fall program!
