This is ONLY an interest form. Unfortunately, due to the large amount of interest, not everyone who submits this form will be accepted to participate. If accepted, your registration is NOT complete until a vendor agreement is signed AND your payment is received. 

Each vendor will be notified 4 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be sold/dispersed. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
