Atlantic Hope 2026 Staff Application
Please use this form to apply to serve as a Staff Member for the Atlantic Hope 2026 Field Training Exercise, taking place May 28–31, 2026 at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.

The staff application deadline is 11:59 PM on April 30, 2026. Staff selection notifications will be sent out by the Exercise Director as soon as staff selection has been completed. 

Staff are required to arrive on-site no later than 12:00 PM on May 28, 2026 and are expected to remain at the exercise through its conclusion and clean-up Sunday afternoon (May 31 around 2:00 PM). 

Important Note: Please do not book travel until you receive confirmation from a member of the Exercise Planning team. We are awaiting final approval to conduct the exercise from Cornell University but wanted to open up applications in order to give staff time to apply. There is no staff fee, and on-site staff lodging with shower access will be provided, thanks to Cornell University’s generosity.
