Have you ever wanted to extend Dynamo to solve new and interesting problems? Are you interested in Revit, Civil 3D, Forma or Generative Design workflows? Have you always wanted to use Dynamo to create, explore, and evaluate better design options? Ever wondered if there are other like-minded coders and hackers interested in wanted to push Dynamo to the max and beyond?

Well then you are in luck! For the first time ever, the Computational Design and Automation group at Autodesk are organizing a Dynamo Hackathon at AU; our team wants to empower you to explore emerging ways of working, automate away the tedium, push the boundaries of what is possible, and do so surrounded by like minded people.

Come hack new apps, build upon pre-existing workflows, explore new ways of thinking, and talk with the experts who built the Autodesk tools!

FAQ:
Who should get involved? The event is targeted at Dynamo users who have already mastered the basics and are pretty confident they can use Dynamo to do amazing things
Why should I come? The opportunity to create and compete (in a fun way) with some of the best minds in the design and computation world, meet some of the Autodesk teams behind Dynamo, Forma and Civil 3D and more.
How will the Hack teams work? The event will be limited to a maximum of 150 people, with each team being 3-4 members. Please feel free to submit a proposal as a team, but don't worry if you don't have one. The Dynamo team will help assemble teams of like-minded individuals with similar ideas so that you can create truly epic projects.
What are the Rules? The only rules are that you base your project on Dynamo! Beyond that, you're free to dream up projects in any domain, solving any problem.

Is there any cost? None! Autodesk is sponsoring the event.
Judging and Prizes: The judging panel will be made up from Autodesk team members, and there will be prizes for podium finishes.
