Parent-Teacher Conferences 2024-2025
Complete this form to request a meeting with your student(s) teachers.
  1. Conferences will be virtual and start at 3:45PM on the scheduled date.  
  2. There are a total of 20 conference slots per week for ALL grade levels.
  3. Conferences are reserved for parents requesting to meet with 3+ teachers. If you are requesting to meet with only 1 or 2 teachers, contact the teacher(s) directly to schedule a conference for a day and time that is convenient for both of you. 
  4. Only one conference request per month may be submitted.
  5. Notifications with the zoom link will be sent via email at least 3 days in advance.
  6. Conferences are NOT scheduled by the counseling department with teachers of students taking a course(s) through Atlanta Virtual Academy or Atlanta College & Career Academy. You must contact the teachers directly to schedule a conference.
