• December 19, 2014: call for proposals submissions open
• January 23, 2015 (5 p.m.): proposals submission deadline
• February 6, 2015: Proposal Notification
• March 20, 2015: session editing deadline (if proposal is accepted)

**PLEASE NOTE: Your proposal does not need to be a refined proposal by any means. This call for proposal/ideas/input is our attempt at casting a wide net to capture as many ideas as possible and identify who is interested in exploring ideas with the planning committee, and doing the work to develop those ideas and convening colleagues to deliver them into interactive sessions.
Presenters are responsible for registering for the conference, paying the conference registration fee (discounted for speakers), and securing and paying for travel and lodging. This is a requirement for all accepted sessions being listed in the program. Please plan and budget accordingly before submitting.
