General Volunteer Survey for Heritage Farm Neighborhood, Please only fill out if you are a Heritage Farm Resident over the age of 18. Board members must be in good standing with the POA by having all dues paid and up to date and no pending violations.

Code Enforcement (street parking, yard, etc.)

Rebuild Playground

Monitor/Pick-Up Pool

Upcoming Board Position with training (President/VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Architectural Committee etc.)

Social Committee (organize neighborhood events including garage sale, decorating, social groups etc.)

Welcome Committee (welcome new neighbors monthly, show them where to find information answer questions)

Maintenance Committee (help maintain common areas, replace bulbs, power wash, check on issues as needed)

Covenants Committee/Bill Of Assurance (help update and read through current documentation and work through the legal process of making edits for the future)
