This role is part of our talent development programme, funded by Baobab Foundation, offering hands-on experience, mentoring, and training to support your growth and future career in the arts and creative industries. This role is perfect for someone keen to build hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, film editing, and content creation. Working closely with our communications and events team, you will support the promotion of our projects, festivals, and workshops while developing valuable skills. We particularly encourage applications from young people with refugee or migrant backgrounds.
Location: Islington Mill, Salford, Various location in Manchester
Hours: Part-time, 2 days per week
Duration: November 2025 – July 2026
Salary: First 4 month as apprentice £7.55 per hour- upon successful completion of training we will offer 4 months freelance work experience on a minimum wage
Who we are looking for:-Young person aged 18–24
-Not in full-time education or full-time employment for the duration of training and freelance work
-Living in Greater Manchester
-Keen to learn and grow
-Strong team collaboration skills: able to work well with colleagues and collaborators
-Able to attend our office and project sites across Greater Manchester
