GHS Library 3D Print Request Form
Please complete the following form to request your 3D print from the GHS Library.  Nothing will be printed until files have been reviewed. There is no set schedule for printing; no guarantee will be made for when your job will be complete.  You will receive an email when your print is ready to be picked up.

If you used Thingiverse, Thangs, or any other website copy and paste the URL to your desired project below.  If you used SketchUp or any other software come to the library with your STL file on a thumb drive, or attach in an email to rwhitenack@cherrycreekschools.org.
The GHS Library staff may choose not to print the requested item based on numerous factors including length of print, amount of material used, perceived use of print, cost of print, size of requested job, and others. Weapons, parts of weapons, or anything that could reasonably be used as a weapon will not be printed. Select "Yes" to demonstrate that you understand, or select "No" (selecting "No" means we will not print your requested item).

The GHS library uses primarily PLA plastic filament in it's 3D printers. You have no ability to select a different filament type, but you may select the color. What color would you like?
If we have the color you requested available we will use that color. If we do not have the color requested, we will contact you to select a different color. You can also choose "any color" and we will use whatever color is loaded, or will work well with your print. You can also list colors in order of preference.
I understand that my 3D print cannot infringe on intellectual property rights or copyrights.  Any print job submitted is open to review.  Do you understand that we may not print your job because of this? *
The library charges $1 for every hour of printing time, plus a $1 set up fee, cash only. Are you prepared to pay this fee? Payment is due at pickup. The estimated time of print can be different from what is advertised in locations where you find the file. Individual choices you make for the print may also effect printing time and quality. Do you agree to pay the fee for your print?
