CPAC 2021: First Wave Panel Application
Castle Point Anime Convention will be held from May 1st to 2nd, 2021 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, NJ.
Please fill out this form and submit it once for every panel that you wish to run.
If you want to run an event multiple times, or on multiple days, or if you want to run multiple events, please submit the form multiple times, once per event per time slot.
The event moderator must be at least 18 years old by May 1st, 2021 to apply for a panel. The rest of the group may be under 18.
Some things that should be known before submitting your application:
- Panels must be suitable for audiences under 18 years of age.
- A MAXIMUM of four (4) panelists get free badges, so ANY ADDITIONAL BADGES MUST BE PURCHASED BY THE PANELISTS ON EVENTBRITE (
), if you have been approved for a panel.
First Wave Application Opens: Saturday October 3rd 2020 12:00PM EST
First Wave Application Closes: Saturday December 26th, 2020 11:59PM EST
Second Wave Application Opens: Saturday January 2nd, 2021 12:00PM EST
Second Wave Application Closes: Saturday February 6th, 2021 11:59PM EST
Third Wave Application Opens: Saturday February 13th, 2021 12:00PM EST
Third Wave Application Closes: Saturday March 20th, 2021 11:59 PM EST
If you are chosen, badge pickup for all panelists/moderators will be located at the Holiday Inn Information Desk. Do not go to registration in the Meadowlands Expo Center.
All panelists must agree to follow official Castle Point Anime Convention policies.
IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR PANEL, WE WILL NOT CONSIDER YOUR PANEL APPLICATION IN THE FUTURE.
