Legacy Program Application Form
By creating a Legacy Program, the hope is to foster a deeper connection to Chapel Hill ISD with community members, students, parents, teachers, staff, and alumni. By linking the past with the present, we open up abundant opportunities to build a brighter future for our school district. To recognize past individuals who have directly contributed to the success and well-being of Chapel Hill ISD in a significant and impactful way. All applications must be submitted prior to December 31st of the current year.
