Food Vendor Application for 2019 Traveling Food Truck Tour of SE Wisconsin
Please note this is only an application and does not guarantee you a spot for your requested date(s). Vendor entry fee is $150 per event. A deposit of $50 is required per event date reservation with the balance of $100 from each event to be paid in full due 3 days before each hosted event. All menu items must be approved by the Traveling Food Truck Tour.
