The Hub meeting space (Capacity 7 and available 7 days a week)
The Hub main table (Capacity 18 and only available from 630-1030pm, Monday –Friday and 10am-10pm Saturday & Sundays)

Preferred times. When indicating your preferred times for space hire, include setup and take down times. You can also indicate if you prefer mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Flipchart stand - £10
Stationery (Flipchart paper, markers, post-its, pens) - £10
Coffee, tea, & biscuits (£2 per person)
Chairs (up to 60) & tables - this is free of charge if you are responsible for setting up and taking down.
Catering through local Portobello providers (price to be arranged)
Fibre optic broadband - free of charge
