Your participating in the Economics Alumni Mentor Program is a significant benefit to students. Mentors who participate in the program should be prepared to (1) Make themselves available to students for meetings, phone calls, messages (2) Recognize that students and the world are different today in many ways (3) Read and respond to all emails in a timely manner (within 24 hours) (4) review the students written Mentor Plan after the first meeting (5) meet at least THREE times with their Student (once in February, March and April) (6) Contact the Program Administrator with any questions, concerns, etc. *
