The Port Charlotte Caravan will include homes and condos north of the Peace & Myakka Rivers. This includes such areas as greater Port Charlotte in Charlotte County, Charlotte Harbor, Deep Creek & Harbour Heights. Some limits may apply to the outlining areas on a monthly basis to accommodate the tour to be completed by noon. These limitations typically include the 33953 zip code AND areas west of 776, and the Lake Suzy area in DeSoto County.

Joining the caravan is the best way to get invaluable pricing opinions and feedback from other professional REALTOR'S. These, along with marketing tips, are priceless when talking with sellers about marketing their property!

Those interested in having a property included on caravan should complete the registration form associated with the below LINK. REMEMBER, space is limited and there is "ONE" listing per licensed agent who is in "FULL" attendance! IF YOU SCHEDULE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE ENTIRE MORNING, PLEASE WITHDRAW & SUBMIT FOR A FUTURE CARAVAN.

The deadline for submitting your listing is noon on the Monday prior to the Wednesday tour; we will not be able to add properties after that time. Once you have submitted your request you will receive an acknowledgment and we will confirm placement by return e-mail, along with the routing information, the Tuesday morning prior to caravan so that the necessary arrangements can be made with occupied properties. If by Tuesday noon prior to caravan you have not received routing information, please contact Kathy at the below listed number.

For caravan day, please print the amount of MLS Broker Full listing provided in the Tuesday e-mail with your order number. Caravan feedback forms will be provided! The short pre-tour meeting will start promptly at 8:30 (unless otherwise notified), at the REALTORS® of Punta Gorda - Port Charlotte - North Port - DeSoto, located at 3320 Loveland Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33980.
