場所: 辻堂海岸 9:30-11:00→台風の影響により時間変更となりました。8:00-9:30の開催となります。
*天候や海の状況によりレッスンはキャンセル・日程変更の可能性があります。

【トレーニング内容】
中・上級レベルの方対象。
コーチがアドバイスをしながら継続して泳いでスキルを学びます。インターバルトレーニング、ランスイムなど持久力とパワーが付く内容です。ライフガードのサポート付き。

【参加資格】
オリンピックディスタンストライアスロン完走した方、1.5KmのＯＷＳを40分以内で泳げる方。

【レッスン料】
E3 Fitters (E3 Fitのレッスンを受講されたことがある、もしくは現在されている方）: 4000円
初回の方：4,500円

＋保険料：別途800円（スポーツ保険に加入していただきます。3か月間有効で、その間E3 Fit OWSレッスンにご参加される場合は１度のみの加入で結構です。）

・レッスン開催場所は辻堂海岸（辻堂海浜公園からすぐ）です。
・海岸に海の家、ロッカーはありませんので、ご自身でお荷物の管理をお願い致します。
・無料シャワーが辻堂海浜公園内、スマイルカフェ波波波前に設置されています。

PLACE: Tsujido Beach

Long distance Open Water Swim training for intermediate and advanced swimmers. We will do interval training, run and swim for increase your endurance level and stamina. The coach will instruct on OWS skills while the workouts. Lifeguards on surfboards will oversee the swim. This lesson's purpose is to learn and practice how to swim effectively, easily and efficiently.

ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION: Participant must be a strong intermediate or advanced swimmer with past experience of swimming in the ocean, e.g. swam an Olympic distance triathlon or can swim 1,500 meter in the ocean in less than 40 mins.

LESSON FEES :
E3 Fitters (persons who have taken or are taking E3 Fit lessons): 4000 JPY
Walk-ins: 4500 JPY

800 JPY/person; insurance covers E3 Fit OWS lessons scheduled over the next three months. (Participants, who have paid the insurance for the last E3 Fit OWS lesson, need not purchase insurance of this lesson.)

- The lesson will be held on Tsujido beach (front of Tsujido Kaihin Park)
- There is no beach house or locker room on the beach. You will need to take care of your stuff by yourself.
- There is public shower for free in the park.
