As part of your migration path, Marketplace partners are expected to use existing Jira and Confluence REST APIs. As migration activity may be unusual for these APIs, Atlassian plans to create bulk or async APIs to mitigate rate limiting which will avoid migration hitting the current rate limits. This form is an assessment of which APIs might be hit intensively during app migrations.
