Bearwood Street Festival Volunteers Application Form
Thanks for wanting to be part of the festival! Please complete this form by Sunday 28th May.

We Are Bearwood is a constituted, non-profit community group. Our aims include bringing the community together, promoting well-being and advancing the arts. We have delivered several successful events up to now and our latest exciting and ambitious project is for a Bearwood Street Festival which has received funding from Arts Council England and the Big Lottery Fund.

The Street Festival is the first of its kind in Bearwood - we’ll be using our high street to bring a community-led music and arts festival to the centre of our neighbourhood.
It will to be held on Sunday June 11th 2017 at 11.30am to 5.30pm. The main hub of the Festival will be located on the Bearwood Road from St Mary’s Church to the Bear Hotel junction, with the road closed to traffic. There will also be additional satellite event locations in the immediate areas.

Please take a few minutes to read through the jobs available, information and terms and conditions at http://tinyurl.com/lygpkxs before completing your application form.

Whilst you are giving your time voluntarily, we do need to make sure all concerned are aware of the responsibilities that go along with being a volunteer at the festival.
