DIRECTORS (or their assistants) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILLING OUT THIS FORM for each unit member who completed a TopGun Area or MK corporate contest/promotion. Deadline to submit recognition on the 2nd of every month by 10pm MST.

This form is the Perfect Contest and 21 Day Club.

Note: A-team Directors adopted into the TopGun Area are WELCOME to report numbers/stats for themselves and their unit members on this form.

TopGun Area Perfect Contest
This section is for consultants AND directors who completed the TopGun Perfect Contest during the contest month.
Requirements for the Perfect Contest:

Perfect 3: 3 parties, 3 interviews, submit a $300+ wholesale order
Perfect 6: 6 parties, 6 interviews, submit a $600+ wholesale order
Perfect 10: 10 parties, 10 interviews, submit a $1,000+ wholesale order
Perfect 15: 15 parties, 15 interviews, submit a $1,500+ wholesale order
