Camp Kennisis - 2026 Camper Registration
Camp Kennisis will be running 4 days per week (Mon - Thurs) from 10AM - 2PM.  
Week 1: July 6 - 9
Week 2: July 20 - 23
Week 3: Aug 3 - 6
Week 4: Aug 10 - 13

New this year: Camp runs 10AM - 2PM!

To register, complete this Registration Form and e-transfer fee payment to suecampk@gmail.com.  Registration will only be finalized once e-transfer has been received.

A new form will be required for each week you are registering children.

FOOD ALLERGIES:  
We provide a daily treat to campers (freezies, Kawartha Dairy ice cream or a home baked treat - cupcakes, cookies or Rice Krispie square). Please let us know if your camper can not have any of these.  We ask that you send an alternate treat on days that your child cannot have the camp treat.  Please email Sue at suecampk@gmail.com with any questions/concerns.
CAMPER GROUP REQUESTS:
Does your camper/campers have any friends or relatives attending camp the same week that you would like your child placed with (or separated from)?  
PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT:
Do you consent to Camp Kennisis including your child in photos that could appear on Camp Kennisis Facebook/Instagram promotional posts?

PAYMENT
Payment to Camp Kennisis is to be made via e-transfer to suecampk@gmail.com.  
Fee per child:
$215 for first week or $205 for any subsequent weeks (2 or more weeks).

Notes: Please indicate any additional information that staff should be aware of.
WAIVER:
Click here to access the fillable waiver.  If you are unable to edit the waiver, please print, complete and email the waiver. You may need to Download the file to your computer to use the "fillable" features properly, as some browser viewers don't support typing into PDF fields. Email completed waivers to suecampk@gmail.com.

Alternatively, bring your completed waiver with you on the first morning of camp or request a copy to be completed on the first morning of Camp.
NOTE: New waivers are needed for summer 2026.

Registration is only complete once payment has been received.  Make sure to send payment via e-transfer to suecampk@gmail.com and include child/children's name(s) in the notes of the e-transfer.  We will not send an additional confirmation of registration until the week prior to camp.  Please accept the response sent by the Google Form and your payment as confirmation of registration.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
