What are your plans or dreams for your adopted horse?

What is your riding level experience and preferred discipline?

Would purchasing a horse through this adoption event make you a first time horse owner? If not, please tell us about your previous horse ownership experience.

If you were to adopt a horse with special needs beyond basic horse care, such as hoof care, supplements, allergy injections, etc., would you be financially able/willing to provide the horse with that necessary care?

What kind of facility set up are you able to provide a horse (pasture, stall board, etc.)? What type(s) of livestock do you currently own and how many of each?

Please provide the name and number of your current equine veterinarian, and farrier name and contact that would be caring for your new horse.

Are there any aspects of caring for your new horse that we can support you through?

Please sign below if you understand these horses will require routine horse care that includes, but are not limited to:

  • Adequate shelter
  • Safe, secure fencing in good condition
  • Access to daily turnout and clean water
  • Necessary veterinarian care, including routine checkups, vaccinations, teeth floating, a deworming program, and emergency care
  • Regular farrier care, whether the horse is shod or barefoot
