If you wish to have 1 month leaving due to unavoidable reasons, please submit your request to the school receptionist by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which you wish to be absent.
Please submit your request by the 10th of the month before the month in which you wish to withdraw. (e.g., if you wish to take a recess in June, please submit the recess form by May 10, at 23:59) If you submit the self-suspension notice by the due date, you can take a one-month self-suspension for the current month with your enrollment guaranteed. In that case, half of the monthly fee will be charged.
If notification is received after the deadline, one month's monthly fee will be collected.
