Illinois Sheriffs' Association Application for CGTI 2017

This application is for anyone who is requesting a full scholarship for the Cebrin Goodman Teen Institute (CGTI) held July 16-20, 2017. The Conference will be held Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL - EIU is not an affiliate or sponsor of CGTI.

PALS and YOUTH STAFF are NOT eligible for ISA Scholarships!

The Illinois Sheriffs' Association (ISA) will sponsor the registration fee of $319 (transportation is not included) for 60 youth. A maximum of 4 youth per team can apply. This application will be available until all 60 spots are filled. This is NOT first come, first serve; new participants will have priority. Each application will be reviewed and a notification letter will be mailed to each applicant.

This application MUST BE submitted by the parent/guardian of the applicant. Anyone entering 7th-12th grade for the 2017-2018 school year is eligible to apply. The only way to submit this application is by completing and submitting here. Applications that are printed and mailed, emailed, or faxed in WILL NOT be accepted.

Transportation will not be provided to and from CGTI, as it has in years past. All applicants will need to plan to provide their own transportation for CGTI. If that changes, we will notify you. There will be an additional fee for transportation.
