This is the application form for interest in volunteering at the Green Tara Teacher Training Programme 2026. By filling in this form you are requesting a position as a Volunteer. Once we have received your application we will send you an email with an offer to come as a volunteer. You will accept that offer by buying a discount volunteer ticket to the Training.

As a volunteer, I commit to: *

Attend the entire training programme, including arriving early on setup day (February 13th 2025).

Assist with retreats logistics, including workshops, meditations, setting up spaces, and attending to guests and mentors.

Attend all volunteer meetings.

If any changes to agreements are needed, personally inform and plan with the volunteer coordinator and team coordinator.

Act as an Ambassador of the Retreat by sharing the event and your participation on social media.

Understand that the volunteer exchange will depend on your skills and what you can offer. This will be based on your unique skill set.

Arrive 20 minutes early at the main hall/shala to prepare and cleanse the space before each session and stay 5 minutes after to ensure everything is ready for the next session.

Promote the training programme by sharing on your social media profiles twice before and after the event, highlighting your journey and experience.

Provide a written and video testimonial about your experience at the retreat.

Contribute towards Volunteer Residential Pass with INR 45000 teaching fees ( inclusive of breakfast + lunch ) + accommodation ( Triple or twin share upon availability)

Volunteer Non-residential Pass at INR 65000 ( inclusive of breakfast + lunch)

It is a lot of fun being a volunteer! Yet it can also be physically and mentally demanding. If that is a challenge for me I will communicate that to the organizers without delay. I have no health or mental problems, or other disabilities which will prevent me from joining as a volunteer.
