KVMR Celtic Festival is a Green Event. All food waste, product waste, and serving products must be compostable/recyclable.
Absolutley NO STYROFOAM
Our GreenTeam will provide the necessary recycling containers for food vendor waste.
No application will be considered after July 31, 2020
Food Vendors will be responsible for all permits, licenses,
and taxes as a result of involvement with this event.

All food vendors must submit a separate check for $250.00, as a cleaning deposit. This check will only be cashed if you cause damage to the fairgrounds. Your check will be shredded if your space is left clean and there is no damage. If any vendor dumps grey water anywhere but the approved grey water tank they will immediately forfeit their cleaning deposit.
Approved food merchants will be sent an email at the time of thier acceptance.

Ice will be available for sale on site. Large quantities must be pre-ordered.
