Capacity Building Path                                                 for the Start-Up of Regional CSO Networks
The Capacity Building Path  towards the Start-Up Of Regional CSOs Networks Program is organized in the framework of the project "Building CSO Capacity for Regional Cooperation within the Black Sea Region", implemented by the Romanian NGDO Platform – FOND, with the financial support of the European Union and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST), a project of the German Marshall Fund.

The aim of this Call is to support the members of the Black Sea NGO Forum in their process of transforming the current Working Groups into independent and structured Regional CSO Networks.

The present Call for Applications is addressed to current Leaders and Co-Leaders and former Coordinators of the Black Sea NGO Forum’s Working Groups, active between 2015 - 2019, in accordance with the 14 strategic thematic priorities established in the Strategic Framework for Civil Society Cooperation in the Black Sea Region (2019 - 2024), adopted during the 12th edition of the Black Sea NGO Forum (Istanbul, 2019) .
