The trip will be a Sunday to Saturday in late July or Early August. The dates will be determined based on applicants availability and other factors, but will be announced by February.
Y-Corps program requirements:
1) Application: Submit complete and on-time application
2) Service: Complete and report a minimum of 50 hours of community service between the time of your application and June..
3) Fundraising: Each student selected for the Y-Corps program is expected to meet a fundraising minimum target of $500. All fundraising will be directed to the YMCA Youth And Government Scholarship Fund for their state's program. Fundraising should take place between the time of your application and July 1st, 2019. **All donations are non-refundable**
4) Training: Materials will be provided for training, but Y-Corps members will be expected to check in regularly with their team leads. Videos will be provided with training information, and all team members will be expected to attend at least one video chat on the topic, at times to be deteremined..
