Thank you for taking the time to participate in PAGE's survey of Gifted Education in Pennsylvania. Your responses will help us focus on the issues that matter most to students, families and educators of gifted learners throughout the State.

We understand that gifted learner come with a wide variety of traits and abilities. As you respond to questions, please try to consider a response that best represents your students as a whole.
For Teachers/Professionals who work with students at more than one educational level, please feel free to complete a separate survey for each level of education with which you work.

Your responses will be used as aggregate data, to be compared with other participants. The information obtained in the study may be published in academic journals or presented at academic meetings.
