RSVP: Public Mental Health Services Listening Session

The Collaborative for Community Wellness is a coalition that brings together mental health professionals, community-based organizations, and community members with the goal of facilitating access to mental health services for all Chicagoans. As Mayor Brandon Johnson makes plans to reopen two public mental health centers in 2024, our Collaborative is hosting a series of listening sessions to learn more from the community about your vision for public mental health services. If you are planning to attend one of the listening sessions, please complete the form below. We are only asking these questions for our own planning purposes, in order to ensure that we have enough volunteers at each session and can make the necessary accommodations so that everyone feels comfortable participating in the conversation. Thanks so much in advance for your interest in participating!
