Puzzled Pint Report Form
Puzzled Pint strives to be a welcoming event to everyone. With that, inappropriate behavior or incidents are taken very seriously by the Puzzled Pint board.

This form can be used to let us know about any type of uncomfortable or inappropriate situation. Reports can be anonymous or not anonymous, depending on your preference. Responses go to the entire Puzzled Pint board of directors (roughly 10 people), so if needed, this form can be used to report a member of the board.
