• Subscribed to Langfuse Cloud on a Pro or Enterprise plan, or

• Holding a valid Enterprise license for Langfuse Self-Hosting, or

• Currently in the process of purchasing one of the above Langfuse plans.

By downloading the SOC 2 and ISO security reports (the "Reports") provided by Langfuse, you ("Recipient") agree to the following terms:

Confidentiality: Recipient acknowledges that the Confidential Reports provided by Langfuse contain sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information. Recipient agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Reports and not disclose, distribute, or make them available to any third party outside of Recipient's own organization.
