Unionville-Chadds Ford School District is proud to celebrate our diverse community by recognizing different holidays, months of recognition and awareness, and special cultural events that are important to our students, families and staff. Throughout the upcoming school year, the UCFSD Food Services Department will be joining the celebration by featuring menu items that coordinate with specific holidays and heritage months.

We are looking for our families to share recipes traditionally made during: Hispanic Heritage Month, Diwali, Rosh Hashanah, Lunar New Year, Eid al-Fitr, and Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. You may also submit/share a recipe that is associated with another specific holidays or heritage month besides those listed above. Please refer to our DEI calendar for a full list - all recipes are welcome!
