and parmesan.

Soups \\ Apple-Celery Root Bisque with Ryan's Fruit Market apples and crispy prosciutto.

Entrées \\ Braised Meatballs with Autumn Olive pork, Seven Hills Food beef, marinara, and
parmesan polenta.

\\ Orecchiette (a Southern Italian pasta) with Garbanzo Beans and Kale, toasted
garlic, and parmesan cheese.

\\ Seared Swordfish with tomatoes and artichokes, capers, kalamata olives, and
fresh herbs.
