This google form has been created to ensure families at our school can access information in an accessible format with the request of an interpreter. Miss. Serafin (our school's ESL teacher) will handle the booking with the Halton Multicultural Council (HMC) and will confirm with families. PLEASE ensure all information is filled out. This form needs to be submitted at least 4 days prior to the event to ensure an interpreter can be booked.
