What is an at-large member?
According to the YDNC Bylaws (Article II, Section 1, Subsection B):
“Any registered Democrat age eighteen (16) to thirty-five (35), who is not registered in a county where a YDNC county chapter exists, shall be eligible for At-Large membership, except that no county may have more than five (5) At-Large members. No member shall be registered as both an Active and At-Large member.”
How do I become an at-large member?
If you fulfill the membership requirements above, you must next submit this form. A member of the Executive Board will reach out to you with confirmation that you have been recognized as an At-Large member. 

Membership dues are no longer required to become an At-Large Member of YDNC.
