Pacific Skyline Council Event and Room Reservation Form
This form is for PacSky units to request meeting space at either of the PacSky offices. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date. Requests are reviewed and approved most Fridays. If your request is not approved for any reason, you will be notified. Please note, your unit’s staff advisor is your District Executive or District Director.

***PLEASE READ: As of November 1, we will begin accepting reservations for January 1-June 30. If you submit a reservation request for a date beyond this time frame, you will need to resubmit it when your dates open. You will not be notified that you need to resubmit.***

April 1st: Reservations open for July 1-December 31. If you submit a July-December reservation request prior to 4/1, you will need to resubmit it using this form. 

FOR COUNCIL events, activities and reservation requests: in most cases, use the new Google Sheets process. 

Fees are charged for groups using the Palo Alto Service Center. The following fee schedule applies. Fee must be paid no less than 1-week ahead of time.
-BSA Units - $50 per use and/or day for Main Room and Fire Circle
-Youth Serving Non-Profits - $250 per use and/or day for Main Room and Fire Circle
-All Others - $500 per use and/or day Main Room and Fire Circle

Groups must check out a key ahead of time. Please call the office that you are using no less than 1 week prior to arrange to pick up the key.

External groups seeking to use a camp property should complete the "Request for use of Camp Facility" form found here.
