Eisenhower Middle School PTSA and Natural Leaders Fall 2024 Back-to-School Bazaar - VENDOR Registration/Contract
Our mission is to serve, strengthen, & support the students, teachers, & community of Eisenhower Middle School.

Let's support community building! Help Eisenhower middle school start off the year with cross-cultural celebration, awareness, and pride through the presentation of cultural highlights, selling of goods, sharing of foods, and providing an environment for general community gathering.

Registration proceeds will help cover the cost of hosting this PTSA and Natural Leaders event and contribute to future collaborative events.     

DATE: Saturday, October 5, 2024 

TIME: 10:00AM - 3:00PM

Set-up time: 9:00-10:00AM, wrap-up by 3:00PM an exit by 4:00PM.  PLEASE NOTE: Set-up is on a first come first serve for both the commons (up to 50 spaces) and library (up to 20 spaces).

WHERE: Eisenhower Middle School 10200 25th Ave. SE / Everett, WA 98028.  Commons (cafeteria) and library.

  • Payment:  check made payable to Eisenhower Middle School PTSA and drop off at the Eisenhower office ATTN: PTSA  OR pay online using a LINK below
  • Register by/before September 14, 2024: $35 per space (pay by September 20, 2024)
  • LATE registration September 15-28th: $40 per space (pay by September 28, 2024)
  • Last date to register: September 28, 2024
  • NOTE: We have a very limited number of 6-foot tables for vendors to borrow. There are 4-foot tables for use in the library.
  • NOTE: electricity is available, but you need to provide your own extension cords

  • Rental fee includes space for one 6-8' rectangular table and one chair.  We will have a very limited number of 6' tables available for our vendors.  
  • PLEASE PLAN to bring your own 8' table or have your own 6' table, on the day of the event.
