Dare to Repair Registration Form
Use this form to register for one of our upcoming Dare to Repair Cafe events.
Please note that Dare to Repair is a volunteer-powered initiative and repairs are made on a first-come first-serve basis. Filling this form out does not guarantee that your item will be repaired.
You will also be asked to sign-in and sign a waiver at the beginning of each event.
