Purpose and Goal
NKY Health is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees and visitors.
To that end, all employees and supplemental staff receive initial training about the prevention of fire in the workplace and the proper response should a fire occur and annual refresher training thereafter.
The goal of this form is to confirm that the training was completed and to affirm understanding of the content and related policies.
