2026 CPS-CCC Enrollment Days Registration

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) are teaming up to host Enrollment Days throughout May 11-22, 2026 and we invite all CPS high schools to participate!

This form is for any school-based staff at CPS district, Options, Charter, and Contract schools to register a group of seniors to attend an Enrollment Day at their pre-assigned CCC campus in May.

This google form will provide you access your pre-assigned CCC campus' Eventbrite Link. To register, select your high school from the dropdown menu on this google form. You'll then be directed to click on the specific Eventbrite link for your high school's assigned CCC campus.  

The Eventbrite Registration form allows school staff to choose the following:

  • Date and Time: A date in May and a 2- or 3-hour time slot between 9 am and 2 pm. Dates and Times vary by college.

  • Transportation: You must indicate on your Eventbrite registration form your schools method of transportation. All schools are responsible for their own transportation. Should funding become available, a member of the Enrollment Days planning team will notify schools in March.

  • Student Enrollment Needs: Please indicate if your students would benefit from support with CCC applications, resolving student holds, placement testing, or financial aid before your scheduled May Enrollment Day event. This will help us prepare and provide the necessary resources.

To ensure success, complete the following:

  1. Register your school by completing this form (and your assigned EventBrite) by March 20th to secure your spot at your assigned City College. 
  2. Attend a training in March to learn about proctoring CCC placement tests at your high school. [LINK]
  3. Assist seniors with completing CCC application and placement tests prior to May. [LINK]
  4. Verify Financial Aid by advising students to confirm CCC received their FAFSA/RISE application. [LINK]
  5. Submit attendance roster by April 3rd for important pre-event support. Event details and instructions for submitting roster will be emailed to you after completing the registration form. [LINK]
