I hereby agree for processing my personal data (as defined in the  Act of May, 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 2018 poz. 1000), for the purpose of servicing of International Conference. The co-organizer of the event and Personal Data Administrator (later: PDA) is the WSGE University of Applied Sciences in Józefów, Poland (later: AWSGE). The PDA personal data representative, responsible for my data processing, is Artur Banaszak (mail: artur.banaszak@wsge.edu.pl) and Information Security Administrator in AWSGE Wojciech Sitek (mail: wojtek@wsge.edu.pl). I confirm that I am aware that my personal data given in this form (name, surname, science title, e-mail, telephone number) will be stored and used only for the Conference servicing and only in the servicing time. The further regulations are provided by the Rector’s Ordinance no. 2/2018 of March 5, 2018. I hereby declare that I am aware of the right to rectify, delete, restrict, and object against data processing, to relocate data and to cancel this approval at any time. I also declare that I am aware of the right to raise complaint to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. Giving this data is obligatory for participation in the Conference. Personal data will be shared with other organizers of the Conference.
