Following the completion of this form, a member of our sales team will follow up with you via email to provide an estimate and confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, you will also receive communications from our education staff regarding performance content and day-of logistics. Ticket holders may request in-class, pre-performance visits for select shows; if you are interested in these visits, you may indicate so on this form and our education team will follow up. Reservations for these visits are limited.
