Clubhouse Reservation Inquiry/Request

Thank you for your interest in renting the Manhattan Beach Clubhouse. Please look at our availability below and then complete the inquiry form. An MBCA volunteer will respond via email within 24 hours with additional details regarding amenities and the rental process. Completion of this form is Step 1 in the rental process.

2026 Rental Rates   Full-day rentals only (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM)

Saturday & Sunday

• $625 – Non-MBCA Tax Members (Non-Residents)

Friday

• $400 – Non-MBCA Tax Members (Non-Residents)

Monday – Thursday

• $300 – Non-MBCA Tax Members (Non-Residents) *Reduced rates are available for qualifying nonprofit organizations and meeting-only rentals Mon-Thurs.


Important Info & FAQ's:
  • This venue is best suited for baby showers, bridal showers, and young children's birthday parties. The clubhouse is not a wedding venue.
  • Tables & chairs are provided for up to 50 guests. *25-50 guest indoor is most comfortable  
  • If you plan to invite more than 60 guest, this is not the space for your event. Larger parties should consider our neighbor, The American Legion Post 175 which can accommodate up to 140 guests with ample parking. 
  • Parking is limited as the clubhouse is surrounded by homes on a very narrow street. Homes & yards are not to be parked in front of. Our gravel lot can accommodate 20 cars; you will need to double park beyond 20 cars.  The SP park & ride is across from the Manhattan Beach Community entrance; carpooling is encouraged.
  • Bounce houses, water slides & large inflatables are NOT permitted anywhere on clubhouse property
