Thank you for signing up for Grad Night. Below is information regarding the night as well as MANDATORY information to fill out in order to finalize your student's Grad Night registration. This waiver must be filled out by the student's parent/guardian and reviewed by both the parent/guardian and student.

DESTINATION: AV Irvine at 16500 Scientific Way, Irvine CA 92618
TIME OF ACTIVITY: 8 PM to Midnight
TRANSPORTATION: Parent/Guardian to drop off and pick up
CHECK-IN: 8:00 - 8:30 PM
PICK-UP: 12:00 AM

For the price of admission, the following is included:
DJ (background music, no dance floor)

Amusement games (LED Corn Hole, LED Foosball, Air Hockey)
X-box video lounge
Photo Booth

Taco & Churros
Unlimited Drink Service (Soda Bar & Ice Water)

Grad Night is a PTSA Sponsored Event and NOT included in the ASB Package. All Grad Night fees go towards the costs of the venue, food & beverage, entertainment and any other Grad Night expenses. The THHS PTSA does not collect money for the purposes of fundraising or any income surplus.

Security will be in place, and just like at regular school events, students may be breathalyzed and metal detected before entering. All students may be checked by security for weapons, illegal or controlled substances prior to entry to the venue. Any student who refuses to be checked will be denied entry. Vehicles are subject to be searched.

A list of prohibited items are as follows: NO alcohol, drugs, weapons, backpacks, large bags, laser pointers, flares, fireworks, noise making devices (i.e. Air Horns, whistles, bells, etc.). Do not bring any of the following to the venue: gels, liquids, aerosols, lanyards, perfume, gum-food-mints-lipsticks.

Smoking tobacco, vaping, possession of marijuana or other illegal or controlled substances and/or being under the influence of alcohol, drugs and narcotics is prohibited. Any student in possession of or under the influence will be immediately removed from the venue and their parent/guardian will have to pick them up.

This event will follow all COVID regulations. Masks are required at all times. When eating or drinking, students are to remain 3 feet away from each other. Hand sanitizer is provided in several locations.

This venue has 25,000 square feet of customizable event space on two floors, with 26 foot high ceilings, is well ventilated and can accommodate 1,500 people under normal circumstances. There is also an outdoor patio. Anticipated attendance at Grad Night is 250 students.
